  1. 1 20 oz can sliced pineapple

  2. 5 lg Half chicken breasts

  3. 2 tb Butter

  4. 1 ts Salt

  5. 1 1/2c Mayonnaise

  6. 1/2c Sliced green onion

  7. 1 ts Dill weed,crumbled

  8. 5 English

  9. -muffins,split,toasted

  10. 1 1/2c Shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. + Drain pineapple.

  2. Skin and bone chicken; cut each in half and pound flat.

  3. Saute in butter until golden; sprinkle with salt.

  4. Combine mayonnaise, onion and dill weed.

  5. Spread 1/2 mixture over muffins.

  6. Place one piece chicken on each half.

  7. Top each with pineapple.

  8. Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture over top.

  9. Sprinkle with cheese.

  10. Broil about 4" from heat for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbly and browned.

  11. Makes 10 servings.
