  1. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Flour

  2. 2 Eggs

  3. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Baking soda

  5. 1 cup 237ml Walnuts

  6. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Coconut

  7. 1 Crushed pineapple - undrained Frosting

  8. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter

  9. 4 oz 113g Cream cheese

  10. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Powdered sugar

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  1. Recipe Instructions Grease and flour a 9 X 13 cake pan. Combine cake ingredients until moist. It will be thick. Pour into pan. Bake at 300F for 45-55 minutes. Cool. Combine frosting ingredients. Spread on top of cooled cake.
