  2. 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  3. 1/8 cup SB Creamy Peanut Butter

  4. 2 Tablespoons SB Organic Buttery Spread

  5. 1/8 teaspoons vanilla extract

  6. 3/8 cup powdered sugar

  1. Description: This super easy and quick treat is a favorite mine around the holidays when I make big batches. During the rest of the year I like to make small batches to snack on when I am craving something sweet. As written this recipe is vegan and if you use a gluten free cereal then it is gluten free as well. STEP 1: Place the chocolate chips in a large microwave save bowl and melt in the microwave at reduced (60%-70%) power if possible. STEP 2: Add the peanut butter and butter and mix in as it melts. If the peanut butter and butter don’t melt into the chocolate as you stir it microwave for a few more seconds. STEP 3: Mix in the vanilla. STEP 4: Add in the cereal and stir until well coated. STEP 5: Place the coated cereal in a brown paper bag, add the powdered sugar and shake until well covered. STEP 6: Spread the mixture on wax paper to cool.
