  11. 4 oz Vodka

  12. 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  13. 2 tsp tomato paste

  14. 1/2 tsp white

  15. 1/4 tsp whole coriander, ground

  16. 1 tsp salt

  17. 1 red bell

  18. 1-1/2 cups heavy cream

  19. 1/3 cup fresh finely chopped cilantro

  20. 3 Tbsp

  21. 1 lb fresh spaghetti Sliced Black Olives

  22. 6 sprigs

  23. fresh cilantro (as garnish) Crushed red pepper Directions: Heat butter and oil over medium heat in large saucepan. Add shallots and garlic, and saute

  24. 2 min. Add the jalapeno and saute

  25. 30 sec. Add the tomatoes, Vodka,

  26. vermouth, lime juice, tomato paste, white pepper, ground coriander, and salt; raise the heat and reduce, stirring frequently for about 3 minutes.

  27. Add the pepper and continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the cream and reduce for about 10 minutes. When nearly to the desired consistency, add

  28. the fresh cilantro and parsley, followed by the parmesan and simmer maybe

  29. another minute. Keep mixture warm until served. Serve pasta and top

  30. generously with sauce, freshly grated parmesan, olives and a sprig of fresh

  31. cilantro. Crushed red pepper is optional.
