  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - diced (large)

  4. 2 Garlic - pressed or Diced fine 1 Juice of one lemon

  5. 1 Grated peel of one lemon

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Catsup

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Bottled hot pepper sauce

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chili powder

  10. 1 Sage
