  6. 2 Cloves Garlic -- crushed

  7. 2 Large portabella mushrooms

  8. 2 Thick Slices red onion

  9. 4 Thick Slices crusty rustic style bread

  10. 4 Ounces chevre -- (goat cheese)

  11. 2 Tablespoons roasted garlic mayo

  12. fresh arugula leaves or lettuce

  13. salt & freshly ground pepper

  14. Mix olive oil with crushed garlic until smooth. Brush mushrooms and red onion w

  15. ith olive oil mix. Grill on both sides until done - about 5 minutes per side. S
