  5. 1 Recipe unbaked pie shell

  7. 8 oz Cream cheese softened

  8. 2 tb Granulated sugar replacement

  9. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  10. 1 Egg

  11. 1 1/2 c Unsweetened pumpkin puree

  12. 1 c Evaporated skim milk

  13. 2 Eggs

  14. 2 tb Granulated suagr replacement

  15. 1 ts Cinnamon

  16. 1/4 ts Ea ground nutmeg & ginger

  17. 2 T replacement

  18. 1 egg in a bowl.

  19. stir well.Spread into bottom of the pie shell.

  20. Combine the pumpkin,milk and remaining ingredients in

  21. a mixing bowl or workbowl of processor. Beat or process until well blended. Careful pour mixture over

  22. 65-70 minute

  23. or until a tester comes out clean.

  24. 1/8 pie:
