  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Fresh swordfish steaks

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Fresh orange juice

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated fresh ginger

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Seasame oil

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lite soy sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornstarch or arrowroot

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  1. Combine the swordfish with the orange juice, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source.

  2. Drain and reserve the marinade. Grill the swordfish for 6 to 7 minutes per side until the swordfish is opaque in the center.

  3. Place the reserved marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix together the cornstarch with the water. Add to the sauce and cook 1 minute until thickened. Serve the orange sauce with the swordfish.
