  1. 1 cup Water

  2. 80 deg

  3. 1 tablespoon Veg oil

  4. 2 tablespoons Molasses

  5. cup Dijon mustard

  6. 1 3/4 cup All purpose flour

  7. cup Whole wheat flour

  8. cup Medium rye flour

  9. 1 teaspoon Instant coffee

  10. 1 teaspoon Salt

  11. 2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

  1. Add water, oil, molasses and mustard to the bread pan. Add flours, coffee and salt to the pan. Level the dry ingredients. Make a small well and add the yeast. Program the machine for basic mode not whole wheat.
