  1. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  2. 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

  3. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or to taste

  1. Place the raspberries, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Refrigerate until ready to use. Stir or shake before using.
