  1. 1 package Jell-O sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding mix

  2. 1 package Jell-O sugar free Hawaiian pineapple gelatin

  3. 1 cup water

  4. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  5. 2 cups diced unpeeled red apples

  6. 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained

  7. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  8. 3/4 cup Yoplait plain fat-free yogurt

  9. 1/2 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk powder Sugar substitute to equal

  10. 1/2 cup sugar

  11. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  12. 3/4 cup Cool Whip Lite

  1. In a small saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, water and vinegar. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and refrigerate until cool, about 30 minutes. In a large bowl, combine diced apples, pineapple, and walnuts. Stir in cooled pudding mixture. In another bowl, combine yogurt and dry milk powder. Add the sugar substitute and vanilla extract. Fold in Cool Whip. Fold yogurt mixture into pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
