  1. Pan-fry egg in oil to form a thin sheet. Shred finely and set aside. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain and put on a serving plate. Add all ingredients and seasoning mix to egg noodles. Mix well and serve hot. * Can increase the amount of oyster sauce according to personal preference.
