  1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Shredded cooked chicken or turkey - loosely packed

  2. 1 cup 237ml Seedless grapes - halved

  3. 1 Green onion - chopped

  4. 2/3 cup 61g / 2 1/5oz Almonds or unsalted cashews - toasted, slivered

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mayonnaise

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sour cream

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice

  8. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Fresh dill or tarragon - minced

  9. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  10. Salad greens

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine shredded chicken, grapes, green onion, and 1/2 cup of the nuts. Reserve remaining nuts.

  2. In a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and dill.

  3. Fold mayonnaise mixture into chicken mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve on salad greens, garnished with remaining nuts.

  5. * Timesaver Tip: If the salad is prepared ahead, reserve all the nuts. Mix the 1/2 cup in just before serving, to prevent their getting soggy.
