  1. 1/2 cup Orange Juice

  2. cup Oil

  3. 1 tablespoon Orange zest; grated

  4. 1 tablespoon Sugar

  5. 20 ounces Pineapple chunks; drained and halved

  6. pounds Pasta shells; cooked

  7. 2 Oranges; peeled and cubed

  8. 1 Bell pepper; red, julienned

  9. 1 tablespoon Basil; chopped

  10. teaspoon Pepper

  11. teaspoon Nutmeg

  12. 2 Carrots; julienned

  13. 1 cup Peas; thawed

  14. 4 Green onions; chopped

  15. 1 cup Cashews

  1. DRESSING SALAD Combine dressing ingredients, blending well. Set aside. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
