  1. 3 cups 594g / 20oz Sugar

  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Cocoa

  3. 1/2 cup 164g / 5.8oz Light corn syrup

  4. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  5. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Pecans - chopped

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vanilla

  8. 4 cups 948ml Miniature marshmallows

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix sugar, cocoa, corn syrup, and n milk. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mixture forms a hard ball (238F). Remove from heat, add butter, pecans, vanilla, and marshmallows. Beat until thick, pour into buttered pan. Score, and cut into squares when cool.
