  1. 3-5 pieces of chicken breasts or thighs

  2. 1 c. chicken broth

  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  4. 1 c. Bisquick

  5. 1 c. milk

  6. 1/2 stick butter

  7. 1 c. frozen corn

  8. 1/2 c. frozen baby green peas

  9. 1 c. frozen lima beans

  10. 1/2 c. frozen carrots

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stew chicken in boiling water. Debone and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put chicken in a 3×13 inch casserole dish. Add 1 cup of chicken broth, frozen vegetables, and uncooked cream of chicken soup and set aside.

  2. Mix 1 cup of Bisquick with 1 cup of milk. Pour over the top of soup-vegetable-chicken mixture. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over Bisquick mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. Serves 4-6.
