  1. 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) white cake mix

  2. 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix

  3. 1 cup warm water

  4. 4 eggs

  5. 1/2 cup canola oil

  6. 4 teaspoons poppy seeds

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Fold in poppy seeds. Pour into two greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Yield: 2 loaves (16 slices each).
