  1. 1 qt Pared raw potatoes

  2. 1 pt Boiling water

  3. 2 ts Salt

  4. 2 tb Peanut butter

  1. Cut potatoes in strips lengthways. Put into a baking pan. Dissolve salt and peanut butter in boiling water and pour over potatoes. Bake until the potatoes are tender and browned.
