    1. 4 ounces dry rotini pasta

    2. 2 1/2 cups water, divided

    3. 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

    4. 1/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper

    5. 1 clove garlic, minced

    6. 1 cup sliced zucchini

    7. 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed tomato soup

    8. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.

    2. In medium saucepan combine 1/2 cup of water, red pepper, yellow pepper, and garlic. Cook, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are nearly tender.

    3. Stir in remaining water and soup. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.

    4. Stir in cooked pasta. Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with thyme. Serve with your favorite flavor of Zesta® Saltine Crackers.
