  1. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Unsweetened cocoa

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Pourable Splenda

  3. 1 1/3 cups 315ml Carnation Non Fat Dry Milk Powder

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Carnation Fat Free Instant Dry Coffee

  5. Creamer

  6. 1 Instant coffee crystals

  7. 1/2 Ground cinnamon

  8. 2 cups 474ml Cold water

  1. In a large bowl combine cocoa, Splenda, dry milk powder, coffee creamer, coffee crystals, and cinnamon. Add water. Mix well using a wire wisk. Cover and place in freezer for 15 minutes. Pour chilled mixture into chilled cannister of ice cream maker. Process according to the manufactures directions. Serve at once or spoon into a covered container and freeze for up to 8 hours.
