  1. 8 Boneless chicken breast halves

  2. Salt - to taste

  3. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  4. Italian seasoning - to taste

  5. 1 Tomato soup

  6. 1/2 Soup-can of water - (to 1 can)

  7. 1 Bay leaf

  8. 1 Garlic clove (or powder equivalent)

  9. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded Mozzarella cheese

  10. Parmesan cheese

  11. Rice or noodles

  1. Brown chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix tomato soup, water, bay leaf and garlic in crock pot. Put chicken in and cook for 3 to 4 hours until tender.

  2. Remove chicken and sauce to casserole dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. Serve over rice or noodles.

  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
