  1. 1 Lemon - Juice of

  2. 6 teaspoons 30ml Sugar

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper powder

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ginger powder or juice of fresh ginger

  6. 1 Chilled soda or 2 glasses water - (as desired)

  7. 2 Mint leaves chopped fine - (2 to 3)

  1. Mix all ingredients in very little water.

  2. When dissolved add the soda or iced water. Pour in 2 glass.

  3. Sprinkle chopped mint.

  4. Serve immediately.
