  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Flounder fillets

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Margarine

  3. 2/3 cup 97g / 3.4oz Crushed crackers

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated Parmesan cheese

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Basil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Place fillets in a non stick or greased baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top and dot with margarine.

  3. Bake until fish flakes easily, about 25 minutes.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
