  1. 1 pounds Fettuccine

  2. 1 1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms

  3. cup Butter

  4. teaspoon Salt

  5. teaspoon Pepper

  6. teaspoon Oregano

  7. teaspoon Garlic powder

  8. cup Light cream

  9. cup Grated mozzarella

  10. cup FRESH grated Romano

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Saute for five minutes.

  2. Add cream and cook for two minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fettuccine and place in a warm bowl. Add hot sauce and both cheeses and toss gently.

  3. Serves 4.
