Coffee Mallow Recipe

1 cup strong coffee

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Maraschino cherries

Combine marshmallows and coffee in a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt. Chill just until mixture is thickened. Stir vanilla into coffee mixture; fold in whipped cream. Spoon into individual dessert dishes; chill. Garnish with cherry. Serves 6.
