  1. 1 package sugar free lime gelatin ( 1/3 ounce)

  2. 1 cup boiling water

  3. 1 prepared angel food cake , cut into 1 inch cubes

  4. 1 package reduced fat cream cheese cubed

  5. 1/2 cup sugar

  6. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

  8. 1 carton reduced fat whipped topping , thawed, divided (8 ounces)

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, Refrigerate until mixture just begins to thickens, about 35 minutes.

  2. Place cake cubes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish coated with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  4. Beat in sugar, lemon juice and zest.

  5. Add gelatin mixture; beat until combined.

  6. Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.

  7. Spread over cake, covering completely.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  9. Cut into squares; top with remaining whipped topping.
