  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Ground beef

  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Onions - chopped (small)

  3. 2 Green peppers - chopped

  4. 2 Tomatoes - (16 oz ea)

  5. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Rice

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 2 1/2 teaspoons 12ml Chili powder

  8. 2 1/2 teaspoons 12ml Salt

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet, stir until crumbly; drain. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, adding water if necessary.

  2. This recipe yields 8 servings.
