  1. 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, chilled

  2. 1/2 lb ground beef

  3. 1 medium onion , finely chopped

  4. 3 tablespoons flour

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

  8. 1 1/2 cups milk

  9. 2 eggs

  10. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  11. 1 minced garlic clove

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, drain fat off well.

  2. Stir flour, salt and pepper over browned beef.

  3. Spread mixture in pie shell.

  4. Spread cheeses over this.

  5. Whisk milk, eggs and worcestershire sauce together and carefully pour over ground beef and cheddar.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
