  1. 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast

  2. 1 cup diced red apple

  3. 1/4 cup raisins

  4. 1/2 cup diced celery

  5. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  6. 1/4 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise

  7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  8. 2 pita rounds

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, apples, raisins, celery and walnuts. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix. Cut pita rounds in half and stuff with 1/2 cup of mixture. Serve.
