  1. 2 lb Ground chuck or -beef 2 md Onions,

  2. -chopped 2 Green peppers,

  3. -chopped 1 cn Tomatoes (28 oz.)

  4. 1 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz.)

  5. 1 c Water

  6. 2 1/2 ts Chili powder

  7. 2 1/2 ts Salt

  8. 2 ts Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 c Raw rice (converted)
