  1. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1 cup whole-wheat flour

  3. 2 teaspoons baking soda

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  5. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  6. 2 cups sugar

  7. 1 cup vegetable oil

  8. 4 eggs, beaten

  9. 2/3 cup water

  10. 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini

  11. 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips

  12. 1 (12-ounce) package butterscotch chips

  13. 1 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Directions Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease two 9 by 13-inch baking pans or one 12 by 17-inch baking pan. Combine the flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl and stir with a whisk to blend. Add the oil, eggs, and water and stir until smooth. Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Stir for about 5 minutes until everything is very evenly blended. Then pour the batter into the prepared pan(s). Bake for 35 minutes, or until firm. Remove from the oven, let cool, and cut into squares.
