  1. 2 tsp. chili powder

  2. 3 cups chicken broth

  3. 420 g can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, mashed coarsely

  4. 1 cup frozen corn kernels

  5. 1 cup lima beans

  6. 2 cups cooked diced turkey

  7. 1 cup coarsely broken tortilla chips

  8. 2 tsp. canned jalapeno chili, minced

  9. 1/2 tsp. salt

  10. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  1. Place chili powder in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat 1 minute. Add broth and tomatoes with juices. Increase heat and bring mixture to a boil. Add corn, lima beans, turkey, 1/3 cup chips and jalapeno. Simmer about 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Divide soup into 2 bowls and sprinkle remaining chips over.
