  1. 3 tbsp Louisiana-style hot sauce

  2. 1/2 tsp paprika

  3. 1/4 tsp cayenne

  4. 1 lb chicken tenders

  5. 1/2 cup fat-free blue cheese salad dressing

  6. 1/4 cup fat free sour cream

  7. 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

  8. 1 medium bell peppers cut into 1/2-inch slices

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl combine the hot sauce with paprika and ground red pepper and brush it on the surface of the chicken tenders.

  2. Place the chicken on a greased 11x7-inch baking dish cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  3. Bake the chicken uncovered for 15 minutes or until the center is no longer pink.

  4. In a small serving bowl combine the blue cheese dressing sour cream and blue cheese.

  5. Garnish the dip if desired then serve with chicken tenders and sliced bell peppers for dipping.
