  1. 1 lg Head broccoli washed

  2. 3/4c Mayonnaise

  3. 2 tb Red wine vinegar -- DRESSING -- Crumbled

  4. 1/2lb Bacon fried crisp and 1/2c Chopped pecans

  5. 1/2c White raisins

  6. 1 c Chopped red sweet onion Stems and drained dry Trimmed use florets only no

  7. 1/2c Sugar

  1. + Directions : In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, onions, raisins, pecans and bacon. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, the vinegar, mayonnaise and sugar. Mix well and pour over broccoli mixture. Toss gently, refrigerate, covered, overnight and toss gently the next day when ready to serve.
