  3. 2 medium potato es, peeled and finely chopped

  4. 1 teaspoon water

  7. 1 cup diced cooked ham In a 10-inch skillet cook onion in butter till tender. Add potatoes, water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or till potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

  1. Beat together eggs, milk, ¼ teaspoon salt, and dash pepper, stir in ham. Pour over potato mixture. Cook without stirring, till mixture begins to set on the bottom and then stir until eggs are cooked the way you like them.
