  1. 1 whole chicken , cooked and de-boned

  2. 1 cup butter

  3. 2 cups chopped onions

  4. 2 cups chopped celery prepared cornbread (a large skillet)

  5. 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  7. 2 teaspoons ground sage

  8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  9. 2 eggs , beaten

  10. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

  11. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

  1. In a skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender.

  2. In a very large bowl, mix all ingredients.

  3. Stir in chicken.

  4. Pour into Crock-Pot.

  5. Cook on high for 45 minutes, then turn on low and cook for 4 hours. ?
