  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Baked potatoes - cubed (large)

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Mushrooms - sliced

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Tomato - chopped (medium)

  5. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - chopped

  1. In medium size skillet melt butter and saute onions until transparent. Add cubed potatoes, tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Blend in Joe's Stuff (see note below) or similar all purpose seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes.
