  1. 1 lb ground pork

  2. 1/2 C barbeque sauce

  3. 1 lb fresh Chinese noodle s

  4. 3 Tb oil

  5. 1/3 C chicken broth

  6. 1 C bamboo shoot s

  7. 1/2 lb bean sprouts

  8. 2 green onion s, finely chopped Seasoning

  9. 3/4 tsp salt

  10. 3/4 tsp sugar

  11. 3/4 tsp soy sauce

  12. 2 tsp cornstarch Sauce

  13. 1 1/2 Tb bean sauce

  14. 1 1/2 Tb chili sauce

  15. 3 Tb oyster sauce

  16. 2 tsp sugar

  17. 2 tsp garlic powder

  1. Place ground pork in a bowl. Add seasoning ingredients & barbeque sauce; mix well & set aside. To make sauce, mash bean sauce into a paste. Add chili sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, & garlic; mix well & set aside. Bring water to a boil & add noodles. Boil uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Heat wok (or large skillet) & add 1 Tb soil. Add ground pork and stir fry for 2 minutes over high heat. Add chicken broth & bamboo shoots. Cover & cook for 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts & stir fry for 1 minute. Remove from wok & set aside. Rinse noodles under cold water again & drain (they must be slightly moist so they don’t stick together). Add 2 Tb of oil to heated wok and add noodles. Stir fry for 2 minutes over high heat. Add sauce mixture & mix thoroughly. Then add pork mixture as well. Remove to a platter & sprinkle with green onions. Serve.
