Almond Pound Cake

    1. 3 c Sugar

    2. 2 Sticks butter

    3. 1/2 c Shortening

    4. 5 Large eggs

    5. 1/4 ts Salt

    6. 3 c Flour

    7. 1 cn Small can evaporated milk

    8. 3/4 cup 1 cup

    9. 2 ts Almond extract

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and salt, cream well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a very lightly greased 12 cup bundt pan. Put into cold oven; set temperature at 320F. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
