  2. 2 Cups water

  3. 1 Package chicken-flavored Ramen noodles -- (3-ounce)

  4. 1 Teaspoon butter

  5. 1/4 Cup finely chopped celery

  6. 1/4 Cup shredded carrots

  7. 1/4 Cup thinly sliced green onions

  8. 1 Tablespoon finely chopped green pepper

  9. 1 Teaspoon lemon juice

  10. 1 Teaspoon soy sauce

  11. 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

  1. Bring water to a boil. Crumble noodles, and add to water; stir inseasoning packet. Return to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring often.

  2. Drain.

  3. Combine noodles and butter, stirring until butter melts. Add celery andremaining ingredients, stirring gently to coat. Cover and chill 3 to 4hours. Makes 2 servings.
