  1. Angel food cake

  2. 2 1/4 cups mini- marshmallow s

  3. 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe

  4. 1/2 tsp salt

  5. 1/2 cup milk

  6. 1 pint of whipped cream , whipped

  1. Heat marshmallows and milk in a pan till marshmallows dissolve, remove from heat, let cool. Stir in Creme de Menthe. Add whipped cream to marshmallow mixture add green food coloring for color.Cut angel food cake cake in half. Spread frosting on the inside layer, then place other half on top and frost the rest of the cake.
