  6. 1 md Onion

  7. 1 cn Whole Plum Tomatos

  8. 1 Green Bell Pepper

  9. 1 cn Tomato Paste

  10. 1 Red Bell Pepper

  11. 2 c Veggie Broth -- (bullion)

  12. 3 Jalapenos -- or more -- -)

  13. 1 cn Red Kidney Beans

  14. 3 Cloves Garlic

  15. 2 tb Oil

  16. 3 tb Chili Powder -- (or more!)

  17. 1 t Cumin

  18. Salt And Pepper

  19. Other Spices -- to taste

  20. Saute onions and garlic in oil until slightly soft.

  21. Cut peppers into 1 cubes, mince jalapenos and add to

  22. onions. Cook until slightly soft. Add veggie

  23. bullion, tomatos (mushed up) with juice, 1/2 can

  24. tomato paste & chili

  25. powder. Let it boil down for about 30-45 minutes,

  26. adding additional tomato paste if needed. When almost

  27. thick enough to eat, add kidney beans and cook

  28. for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with cornbread,

  29. tortilla chips & shredded Jack cheese
