  3. Chopped 1 c Lowfat Cottage Cheese -or-

  4. Hoop Cheese

  5. 1 ts Dried Dill

  6. 1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated

  7. 1/2 c Lowfat Milk

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
