  1. 2 Spareribs Toasted sesame seeds - for garnish Marinade

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Oyster sauce

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Hoisin sauce

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Honey

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh ginger - minced

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic - minced

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sweet sherry

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chinese chili paste with garlic

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Peanut oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all marinade ingredients and blend well. Marinate ribs in Ziploc bag from 12-48 hours. Smoke ribs using standard BBQ methods. Sprinkle sesame seeds on ribs before serving.
