    1. 1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Spread

    2. 1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa

    3. 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

    4. 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin

    5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    6. 1/4 cup water

    7. 1/2 pound dry rotelle or rotini pasta (2-1/2 cups dry), cooked according to package directions and drained

    8. 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese

    1. COMBINE peanut butter, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and water in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring until well combined.

    2. STIR in cooked pasta. Garnish with cheese just before serving.
