  1. 2 (12-ounce) packages milk chocolate chips

  2. 1 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

  3. 1 tablespoon rum flavoring

  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water; remove from heat.

  2. Stir in non-dairy whipped topping; add rum flavoring and stir.

  3. Spread in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan lined with wax paper.

  4. Chill until solid. Cut into 2-inch squares.
