  1. DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 375. Mix cream cheese, Knorr vegetable soup, spinach, cheese and artichokes well and set aside. Roll out one pkg crescents into retangle and pinch all seams. Roll with flour covered rolling pin to make smooth. Spread half artichoke mixture onto crescent rectangle. Roll into log tightly starting with short end. With serrated knife cut 1/2 inch pinwheels. Repeat process with second can of crescents. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 - 20 minutes.
