  1. 1/2 cup olive oil

  2. 1 tbsp. minced garlic

  3. 4 green onions, chopped

  4. 12 dried hot red chiles

  5. 14 drops tabasco sauce

  6. 1133 g shrimp, shelled and deveined

  7. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  1. Cook garlic with oil 1 minute. Add green onion, chiles and tabasco and simmer 3 minutes. Add shrimp and soy sauce and stir fry until shrimp are just cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
