  1. 20 oz 568g Cauliflower in cheese sauce - frozen

  2. 1 oz 28g Zucchini - sliced (medium)

  3. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Finely chopped onion

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Thyme leaves crushed

  7. 2 Tomatoes - cut into 8 wedges

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Heat cauliflower in pouchesuntil thawed. (Pierce holes in pouches with the tines of a fork to allow steam to escape.) 2. In a deep, 2-quart. heat-resistant. non-metallic casserole place zucchini, onion and butter and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until zucchini and onion are tender.

  2. Add cauliflower in cheese sauce and tomatoes to onion- zucchini mixture. Add salt and thyme leaves to mixture.

  3. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
