  1. 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese product

  2. 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, drained

  3. 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

  1. Microwave Velveeta and tomatoes in 1 1/2 quart microwavable bolw on HIGH for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro.

  2. Serve with tortilla chips.

  3. You can also make on the stove.
